The Shadow of the Wind
A very interesting mix of humor, sadness, drama, life. The audio book was fantastic to listen to since you really get a sense of Spain with the Spanish accent of the reader and proper Spanish pronunciation of names and places. The characters are complex and believable which feeds into the underlying mysteries. I didn't want to put this book down and carried the audioplayer around with me during house chores.
