This book had it's moments when it was entertaining. The main character, Easie, is a thief and I found it a little hard to relate to him. The Giants were awesome side characters and a several other sidekicks kept me going in this book.
As the tale unfolds, Easie is forced to hang around with the same group and see some of the consequences of his selfish choices. He starts to rethink some of his ways of life. I liked this part of the book - character growth and all.
Then the last few lines led me to believe that Easie might not have really changed, and that kind of undid the warm fuzziness for the character.
